Production/garment manufacturing timing

Once we receive your order, we will require 1-2 business days to process your order. Delivery will take an additional 2-3 days as we use a regular Australia parcel post service. The Zipper Tree pride itself on tight quality control measures to ensure consistent durable well-made garments.

Delivery

Here at The Zipper Tree we strive to provide a high quality, affordable service and therefore offer a flat rate for Parcel Post $2.90 for any order under $50. Orders 2-3+ garments will exceed 500grms therefore resuming to the standard $6.60 parcel post charge anywhere in Australia.  Should you wish to receive your order URGENTLY please email  us prior to placement of your order at mail@thezippertree.com.au

If you would like us to send your order via Registered Express Post, please notify us via email prior to ordering. All efforts are made to ensure the goods are packaged securely and arrive to you in the best possible condition on arrival.

International orders are dealt with on an individual basis.

Gift Wrapping

If you would like to take advantage of the gift wrapping service, please let us know by adding a note in the 'comment to supplier' tab at the Paypal checkout.  It is likely you may want your package sent to an address other than your own.  To do this you can also update the address in the Paypal checkout screen.  

Pricing/Paying for your order

All prices are in Australian dollars. The Zippertree does not use or store credit card information - all orders are paid for using PayPal which is a safe and secure on-line payment system.

At The Zipper Tree the satisfaction of our customers is of high importance to us. We guarantee our craftsman ship is of the highest quality and if for any reason you are unsatisfied with the quality of the garments you have received, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund. As we offer a customised design service, we do not offer refunds/returns for change of mind.

Product colour discrepancies & portrayal

Every effort is made to portray items accurately on this website. Please be advised all computer screen colour settings vary and can affect the way garments, fabrics and trimmings appear on the viewing monitor. The Zipper Tree cannot be held responsible for any colour discrepancies. We will make every effort possible to display our products, fabrics and trimmings as clearly and accurately as possible.
